Our sandals are made true to size however if you're unsure a half size up is usually a good fit. Please check our size guide to ensure you pick the correct size.
Since sandals are a made to order item we can produce in any size. If you don't see your size available please leave a note at checkout with the size you want or email us on hello@alorthelabel.com
We offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders over $100 USD. If your order is under $100 USD then you will be charged a flat rate of $15 USD for express worldwide shipping.
We use Fedex express with tracking for all international shipments. If you are in Indonesia we will send using local postal services and the the shipping will be free on all orders. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email containing the tracking link.
For all items in stock we dispatch the same day or next day Monday - Friday. Footwear and jewellery are made to order. The lead time for footwear is usually 4 working days. Jewellery is usually 7 - 14 days.
Tax / custom duties
Each country has different import tax rules. It is the customers responsibility to check and pay any import tax that is charged upon delivery.
