Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and if we have not yet shipped your item we will process the cancellation and offer you a full refund. We normally ship next day so it's important to let us know ASAP if you change your mind.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal.
Which currency is the website in?
Our default currency is USD, however, you can change to an alternative currency by using the currency tab in the footer.
Which courier do you use for shipment?
We use Fedex for all international shipments.
For shipments within Indonesia we use local postal services which normally take 1 - 2 working days delivery time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD. If your order is under $100 USD then you will be charged a flat rate of $15 USD.
If you are in Indonesia the shipping will be free on any order.
When will my order be dispatched?
For all items in stock we normally dispatch between 1 - 2 days. We offer pre order on some of our items and the estimated dispatch time will be stated in the description.
For made to order items the lead time is normally 1 - 2 weeks.
Should I expect import tax / custom duties when I receive my order?
Each country has different import tax rules. It is the customers responsibility to check and pay any import tax that is charged upon delivery.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email containing the tracking link.
Why hasn't my order arrived within the specified deliver time?
Our customer service team will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. If an order is delivered late we cannot take responsibility as unexpected delays do sometimes happen and it is out of our control.
Returs / Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind about an item, we offer free returns providing it is unused and within 14 days after receiving your order. It is however the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipping.
If an item is faulty / incorrect we will issue a full refund and the return shipping will be at our expense.

If an item you want is out of stock please enter your email on the product page, you'll be automatically notified when it's back!
