What are the differences between the three chains you offer with medallions and pendants?

We offer three types of chains with all medallions and pendants. Cuban, Figaro, and Cube. The chains are all equal in length and come with the additional removable chain so that you can add additional length should you wish to do so. Below is a photo of each chain.

What kind of guarantee does Alōr jewellery come with?

We are confident in the quality of our jewellery which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee on all pieces. We created this collection to last, however, on the rare chance that you do have any problems with your jewellery please let us know via email hello@alorthelabel.com and we'll assist right away.

 

What is your return policy?

Each of our piece are made to order so we cannot offer any refunds on jewellery. You are purchasing a very limited piece made especially for you, and we're confident you're going to love it!

 

How long will it take to receive my jewellery?

Each piece of Alōr Jewellery is made to order by artisan craftsmen. Due to the handmade nature of our products, your order may take up to 1-2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. In most cases, pieces are shipped within 7 working days. Please email hello@alothelable.com if you have an urgent shipping request and we'll assist accordingly.

We ship with Fedex and in most cases you'll receive your jewellery within 5 working days from dispatch.

 

What if I order clothing and jewellery in the same order?

We normally ship clothing orders out the next working day. Worldwide shipping is free on all orders over $100 so we'll ship out each separately at no additional cost to you providing the total of each order is over $100. If your clothing order is less than $100 we will ship the clothing and the jewellery at the sane time.

 

Does your jewellery come with hallmarks?

All of our 925 Sterling Silver jewellery comes with a 925 stamp somewhere on the piece, assuring you that all pendants are as advertised

All solid gold pieces are stamped with 18K 

 

Will I have to pay import/ duty tax upon delivery?

Please note all international packages shipped from Indonesia may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages.

Alōr will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.

Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties that apply to your own country. 

 

Jewellery care

We suggest removing gold plated pieces if excessive exercising, showering and swimming and where possible avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair products etc.

With that said, it’s jewellery after all and it’s there to be worn.

Platings will wear over time but we have gone above the industry standard and made the plating thicker, meaning it is designed to last.

Silver will tarnish over time but can be fixed with a quick polish using a polishing cloth.

Over time your solid gold pieces will need to be polished to keep them looking shiny.

Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, and jewellery cleaners; to clean your jewellery, we are not responsible for the maintenance of your piece.

If your jewellery is not being worn be sure to put them away on a soft surface, avoiding other jewellery and metals.

 

Information on allergies? 

We use only the highest quality materials, if you usually wear Sterling Silver and Gold jewellery there should not be any issues.
